The Start of the Difference

The partnership with 2Johns Steak and Seafood began months before the restaurant’s opening in 2011. Searching for a partner, Big John was entering the fine dining realm after nearly 30 years of experience in the barbeque restaurant business. He was in unfamiliar territory with fine dining marketing and found a forever partner in KSM. Right out the gate, KSM was tasked with building brand awareness, establishing restaurant tools, creating collateral materials and marketing tools that positioned the restaurant with the target market, and using the right message strategies in the right communicative platforms. After over ten years and two expansions, KSM is honored to be a partner of 2Johns’ Steak and Seafood and to have been a part, in some way, of their immense success over the last decade. Also, we can’t lie…it’s dang good.

Digital marketing serves as the platform that allows for hyper targeting and effective reach of consumers with little waste of paid dollars spent: the perfect match for 2Johns, which requires effective targeting as a premium audience. Custom photography and videography provide rich content for digital display designs and video components. Billboards are the traditional addition to the multi-media mix that add a reminder factor, as they are intended to specifically catch the attention of passersby with messaging that drives (sometimes literally!) the consumer to move rather than observe – like a visit to the new wine cellar, dining in the courtyard, or gifting at the holidays.

Video Production

With a story like that of 2Johns, video is an absolute must and the video production team of KSM coordinates and captures commercial grade, hi-def video using live talent, prepped food and drinks. Formatted for use across many platforms, including television, digital and social, video content is broken down into various formats of length in order to optimize for the chosen platform. From nightly entertainment to signature cocktail creations, we aim to perfectly capture what it means to experience the excellence presented at the establishment.

Custom Photography

Used strictly for promotion, KSM provides custom photography for 2Johns in an effort to present high-quality imagery of the food, drinks, and ambiance surrounding their consumption. The fine dining story is best told with imagery over words!
